Warranty Period
Gendome Limited Warranty.
All Gendome products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty, including solar panels and other accessories.
This 2-year limited warranty is from the original date of purchase from an authorized reseller.
Warranty Statement
Gendome warrants that the product will be free from defects under normal use as per the product’s original specififications.
Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:
1. A purchased order number made through GENDOME offificial stores or authorized resellers.
2. Sales invoice or order confifirmation email or RMA# that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.
Please Note:
1.This warranty extends to the Americas Region for Gendome, including Canada, USA, Mexico, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Central America, and South America.
2.The warranty will be for the remaining time from the original date of sale, and the product must be in returned in reasonable packaging for transport by common carrier.
3.The Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to the nearest authorized Gendome Repair Center.

How To Claim Your Warranty

Step 2 / Please be prepared with documentation or a short video with the following information:
Order ID number
Proof of purchase
Serial Number
Visual proof depicting the defect (include video or photo)
Email address
Contact telephone number
Address for receiving the replacement
Step 3 / The Gendome support team will make a final determination regarding warranty service with our RMA report. This may include options such as shipping the product for repair, on-site repair, or replacement.
Step 4 / Ship the item(s) to Gendome with your RMA number included on the shipping label on the outside of the packaging. Do not write the RMA number on the carton box.
